Bank auctions are governed by the SARFAESI Act, 2002 — a process most buyers meet for the first time with more questions than answers. Documents, timelines, EMDs, possession. It is rarely the asset that stops people; it is the uncertainty.
So once a month we put thirty people around one table and walk through it in plain language. Every question is welcome. Nothing is upsold.
