Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the service fees charged by Auctiondunia for its coordination and facilitation services. It does NOT apply to the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or other payments made directly to banks or their designated auction platforms.

4.1. Auctiondunia Service Fees

Any fees charged by Auctiondunia are for its coordination, facilitation, and informational services (e.g., legal consultation, due diligence assistance, post-sale coordination, access to proprietary data/tools). These fees are separate from the EMD or property purchase price.

4.2. Refund Eligibility for Auctiondunia Service Fees

A refund for Auctiondunia's service fees may be considered under the following circumstances, subject to our investigation and discretion:

• Failure of Service Delivery: If Auctiondunia fails to provide the specific coordination service for which a fee was paid, and this failure is directly attributable to Auctiondunia's negligence or inability to perform, after reasonable attempts to rectify the situation.
• Auctiondunia's Cancellation of Service: If Auctiondunia cancels a specific service engagement for which a fee was collected, for reasons other than your breach of our Terms.
